What is HDR?
HDR ('High Dynamic Range' or 'tone mapping') is a technology which involves multiple exposures and is most suitable for buildings and landscapes, though scenes involving people can also sometimes be successfully engineered. The images present vivid colour and represent a fuller tonal range.
Usually, complex camera equipment and software are needed for the best result, as well as a good eye for a photo.
